Store Manager in Halmstad

KGK Autoexperten Butik is looking for a driven and committed Store Manager in Halmstad. Here you will have the chance to lead a team in a modern environment where service and customer focus are at the core of our work.

Leadership and Expansion as Goals

As a Store Manager at Autoexperten, you will have the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the store. You have overall responsibility for results, and your main task will be to ensure that both your team and your customers/workshops' daily operations run smoothly.

You will do this by customer-oriented planning of deliveries/couriers, ensuring delivery reliability with the right assortment, and delivering quickly with high service.

An important part of your daily routine is to be solution-oriented and build strong, genuine relationships with both customers and employees. The competition in the market drives us to constantly strive to stay one step ahead, to become the customer's first choice.

Your Profile

In addition to having excellent oversight of daily operations, our Store Manager has a strong focus on sales. You are highly involved in daily operations and are always there in the background to support and guide the team in operational work when needed.

We are looking for someone with experience in a supervisory role within the automotive industry or a related field. It is advantageous if you have previously worked in retail/wholesale with a focus on vehicles, spare parts, or components.

Autoexperten offers good employment conditions and the opportunity to develop professionally in close collaboration with your immediate manager and management. The position is a permanent employment (we apply a 6-month probationary period) based in Halmstad.
